Bryce Teager earned his Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science
with an endorsement in coaching from Wayne State College and
is currently working on his Master's Degree at the University of
Nebraska at Omaha. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning
Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a Certified Weightlifting
Club Coach through (USAW). Bryce worked as a Strength and
Conditioning coach at the University of Nebraska at Omaha for
three years before joining Optimum Fitness in 2006. At Wayne
State, he was a 3 year starter in football, competed in track, and
made the Dean's List for 8 semesters. He is a Two-time National
Championship qualifier and holds 5 state records in the sport of
Weightlifting. In addition to weightlifting, Bryce has competed in
Powerlifting, Strongman events, Submission Wrestling, and
Mixed Martial Arts. Bryce is the MCC Lightweight Champion.
